9017 GASPCW – Super Stubble Hinge Wheel Offset Disk Harrow

The model 9017 GASPCW is specially designed for primary tillage in fields with high levels of crop residues such as rice straw, sugar cane, sunflower and wheat. Standard Features: • TATU Oil Bath Bearings Assemblies with Tapered Roller Blade and Duo-Cone Seals; • Reinforced frame through two-welded “U” profile; • Pins thermically hardened; • Bolt on Heavy Duty Bearing wear plates; • 2.1/2”(63,50mm) round heat treated alloy steel gang axles; • Cast disc spacer spools; • Heat treated boron steel disc blades, notched front and rear; • Heavy Duty adjustable Bolt on disc blade scrapers; • Recommended: Two dual 12.5L x 15” – 16 ply rib implement tires (wheels and tires are not included). • Hydraulic control group includes hydraulic cylinders with double action, hose holders and hoses quick coupler fittings to reach rear of tractor, transport lock; • Quick adjustable swing tongue; • Adjustable gang axles up to 42 degrees; • Drawbar jackstand and safety chain; • Removable bushings on articulated points; • Leveling disc harrow transport adjustment; • Gang adjustment without use of tools; • Tractor needs double command to raise/lower the wheel independetly of the disc harrow swing.
