9009T DODHF – Double Offset Disk Harrow
The model 9009T DODH-F is specially designed for soil preparation, breaking clods and soil leveling, for large acreage farm operation with high operational performance. Easy to operate and low maintenance. CHARACTERISTICS: TATU oil bath bearing assemblies with tapered roller bearings and duocone seals, deliver higher durability, lasting longer, reducing both time and maintenance costs. Wide range of treated boron steel disc blades, either plain or notched, in the front and rear gang, last longer, reducing both time and maintenance costs. 1.3/4” round heat treated alloy steel gang axles assure high performance of the 9009T DODH-F disk harrow. Casting iron spacer spools were designed to provide extra blade support to reduce blade breakage. Individually adjustable disc blade scraper. Central and wing double wheels, hydraulic driven, provide both depth control and transportation of the disk harrow. Standard tapered disc blades and furrow fillers on rear gangs to reduce ridges, delivering smooth seedbed. 6.00mm high resistant wear plate to protect either oil bath or regreasable bearing housing from abrasive wearing. Drawbar jack and safety chain for additional disk harrow transport security. Recommended: Wheels and Tires – On central frame – two dual 12.5-15 – 12 ply tires, 8-bolt hubs (NOT INCLUDED). – On wing frames – dual 11L15 – 12 ply tires, 6-bolt hubs (INCLUDED). – On front – two 20.5 x 8 – 10 ply tires, 5-bolt hubs (NOT INCLUDED). Extra-strength central and wing frames are made of 5.7/8” square tubing and 5.7/8” x 4” rectangular tubing.
