8013 GAPCR HD – Heavy Eavy Duty Wheel Offset Disk Harrow
The model 8013 GAPCR HD is specially designed for tough plowing jobs found in newly cleared forest areas or heavy sugar cane stubble left after the last crop. It performs well in soil preparation applications and leveling of large areas after harvest, breaking clods, eliminating weed seedlings and incorporating trash into the soil profile and to meet the extreme conditions in construction such as clear land, build roads and dams, reclaim mine sites and prepare land for reforestation. Standard Features: • TATU oil bath bearings assemblies with tapered roller blade and duo-cone seals; • 1/2” x 6” x 9” rectangular main frame, 1/2” x 5” x 10”gang carriers, reinforced through two-welded “U” profile; • 2.1/2” round heat treated alloy steel gang axles; • Casting spacer spools; • Heat treated boron steel disc blades, notched front and rear; • Heavy duty disc blade scrapers. Recommended (wheels and tires are not included): • Two dual 12.5Lx15”-16 ply for 8013 GAPCR HD (8 bolts hub); • Stabilizer bar front and rear disc gangs leveling; • Perforated offset bar to allow lateral adjustments under varying draft conditions; • Box type construction drawbar with standard draw bar plates; • Hydraulic controlled depth gauge through rod stops; • Wheels hubs with two tapered roller bearings on each hub to protect against dust and moisture; • Adjustable gang axles up to 42 degrees;
